The ball is finally rolling for new J Records artist Jazmine Sullivan. The 21-year-old Philly native premiered her video yesterday for lead single 'Need U Bad:'

The song is produced by Missy who also appears in the vid. Jazmine is really talented and everyone is comparing her to Lauryn Hill. But then again, Estelle is getting those comparisons as well, which is debatable. Not taking away from the chick's talent though, but let a sista prove herself before we come with the iconic comparisons.
